It's always a good thing to at least read the support section before sending off an email, that way we won’t refer you back here.

Answers
Why doesn't it work?
The first thing I would recommend is a full reboot. It has been known to work.
If that doesn't work, try downloading and installing the BSD Subsystem, then reboot.
Where can I find Capture?
Capture is no longer available for download.
To take a screenshot of the iPhone display:
Quickly press and release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. A flash of the screen lets you know the screenshot was taken. The screenshot is added to the Camera Roll album.
Do you support iPod Touches?
I have an iPod Touch, where are my screen shots?
They are located under /var/mobile/Media/DCIM/100APPLE/.
Mobile Finder is an easy way to get at them.
Enable Camera Roll on iPod Touch
What firmware versions do you support?
Capture is designed for firmware 1.1.3 and 1.1.4.
